The room design is bold and detailed with sturdy construction which are characteristic of a historic inn. Enjoy the Japanese-style rooms with tatami (woven-straw mat) floors and futon beds. Rooms are beautifully decorated with Japanese paintings and each room has a different appearance at our charming wooden building.
Total room count: 14 Japanese-style rooms (10 rooms are in the main building and 4 rooms are in the annex diagonally across from the main building). Rooms do not have a private bath. Please enjoy the public hot spring bath.

This room is associated with Kogoro Katsura who was one of the statesmen to lead the Meiji Restoration. The building was destroyed in 1925 due to the fire caused by the earthquake disaster but was recreated in the same location where Kogoro Katsura often hid from Tokugawa government officials. You might be able to see cherry blossoms covering the entire window in Spring, and autumn leaves in Autumn.
